Where are you located?

We're based in Jacksboro, TX. Most work is remote-friendly (web development, 3D model files) and some is local/ship-out (PC repair, custom builds, physical 3D prints).

How fast will I hear back about a quote?

Typically within 24 hours. If it's urgent, say so in your request and we'll do our best to move faster.

Not directly, but we'll give you a clear parts breakdown so you can decide what to prioritize within your budget.

What file formats do you accept for custom 3D printing?

STL and OBJ are preferred. If you only have a sketch or reference photos, that's fine too — describe what you need in the request form.
